Shipping policy

Shipping method and cost

You can see the delivery costs of your order after selecting the delivery method. We mainly deliver orders as a postal package. Packages can be tracked with a shipment ID. We strive to use recycled materials in package deliveries.

Mail Parcels: The order will be delivered to the post office specified by your address, which you will receive upon receipt of the arrival notification.

Postal Express Home Delivery: Your order will be delivered directly to your home. Distribution will take place in larger locations on weekdays from 9 am to 9 pm, in other areas as a rule by 2 pm.

Pickup: Ecommerce purchases can also be made on pickup using coupon code "PICK UP". Please note the coffee and chocolate making time (Delivery time).

Once your order has left, we will send a tracking ID to the email address you provided.

Note! An undisclosed package is not an order cancellation. We do not refund or store unclaimed packages.

Delivery time

Our most common production times in Finland are approx. 3-5 working days in coffee and 2-3 weeks in chocolate. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the e-commerce website. Please note that our production is pure craftsmanship and delivery times are estimates.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify the parties mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days of the defect. If the package is damaged in the post office or the like, a complaint must be made about the product to the shipping service (post office / Matkahuolto / courier service) immediately. We are not responsible for products damaged in transit. When ordering bean coffee, it is sometimes possible that a darker / lighter bean or beans will get lost. Even if we do an extremely thorough check on the packaging and roasting, we still can’t 100% guarantee that these different roasts won’t get in between. This is mainly due to the operation of the toaster and is almost impossible to avoid despite all the attention. Note! An undisclosed package is not an order cancellation.
